Wellness Store Sales Associate - Part Time
About The Position
NHC (Natural Health Co) is seeking a part-time Wellness Store Sales Associate to help customers find wellness products and support their health and nutrition goals. The role combines customer service, retail sales, product education, and store operations. Associates use a cash register and tablets, maintain and restock the store, make product suggestions, contribute to team sales goals, and open and close the store. The position also includes lunch-and-learns and occasional community events promoting NHC. The store is open seven days a week. Part-time hours range from 8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., with rotating weekend shifts required. Employees may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after store hours for opening or closing duties.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a passion for wellness and nutrition.
- Have excellent customer service and retail skills.
- Bring positive, can-do energy.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers and help them find appropriate wellness products.
- Operate the cash register and use tablets and other store technology.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Lift and move items and perform duties involving kneeling and squatting.
- Share product knowledge and make product recommendations, including upsells.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Open and close the store.
- Participate in lunch-and-learns.
- Attend occasional community events to promote NHC.
