Wellness Store Sales Associate - Full Time
About The Position
NHC (Natural Health Co) is seeking a Wellness Store Sales Associate to help customers find wellness products and contribute to a welcoming, well-stocked store. The role includes customer service and product suggestions, operating the cash register and tablets, maintaining store appearance and inventory, supporting team goals, and opening and closing the store. Associates may also attend lunch-and-learns and occasional community events promoting NHC. The store is open seven days a week. The posting describes the role as part-time, with hours ranging from 8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. and rotating weekend shifts required. Associates may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after store hours for opening or closing duties. The position is based at NHC in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a passion for wellness and nutrition.
- Have excellent customer service and retail skills.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.

- Health certifications or licenses, such as Certified Health Coach or Registered Dietitian, can qualify for pay increases.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find appropriate wellness products and provide customer service.
- Operate the cash register and use tablets and other technology.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Lift and move items and perform kneeling and squatting as needed.
- Share product knowledge and make product suggestions, including upsells.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Open and close the store.
- Attend lunch-and-learns.
- Attend occasional community events to promote NHC.
