About The Position

NHC (Natural Health Co) is seeking a Wellness Store Sales Associate to help customers find wellness products and contribute to a welcoming, well-stocked store. The role involves customer service, product guidance and suggestions, sales transactions, store upkeep, and teamwork toward store goals. Associates open and close the store, participate in lunch-and-learns, and may attend community events to promote NHC. The store is open seven days a week. This position is described as part-time, with hours ranging from 8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. and rotating weekend shifts required. Associates may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after store hours for opening or closing. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential additional pay for relevant health certifications and licenses, monthly bonuses, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a passion for wellness and nutrition.
Have excellent customer service and retail skills.
Bring positive, can-do energy.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Talk with customers and help them find appropriate wellness products.
Operate the cash register and use tablets and other technology.
Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
Lift and move items and perform kneeling and squatting as needed.
Share product knowledge and make product suggestions, including upsells.
Contribute to team goals.
Open and close the store.
Participate in lunch-and-learns.
Attend occasional community events to promote NHC.
