About The Position

TerrAscend is hiring a part-time Wellness Associate to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and caregivers at The Apothecarium dispensary in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The associate assists customers with cannabis product selection and recommendations, including information about effects, potency, dosing, consumption methods, and administration. Night and weekend availability is required; the role also requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Meet the age requirements set by the applicable Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience is preferred.
• Be flexible regarding work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions that may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Visual ability to handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory.
• Manual dexterity to handle cash, operate point-of-sale systems, and organize products.
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
