About The Position

Natural Healthy Concepts (NHC) is seeking a Wellness Store Sales Associate for its Appleton, Wisconsin store. The role focuses on helping customers find wellness products and sharing product knowledge while providing excellent service. Associates operate the cash register and tablets, maintain and stock the store, contribute to sales and team goals, and open and close the store. The position also involves participating in lunch-and-learns and occasional community events promoting NHC.

The store is open seven days a week. This is a part-time role with schedules ranging from 8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., including rotating weekend shifts. Employees may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after store hours for opening or closing duties. The starting hourly rate is $18.00.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a passion for wellness and nutrition.
• Have excellent customer service and retail skills.
• Bring positive, can-do energy.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Chat with customers and help them find appropriate wellness products.
• Operate the cash register and use tablets and other technology.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Lift and move items and perform kneeling and squatting as needed.
• Share product knowledge and make product suggestions, including upsells.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Open and close the store.
• Attend lunch-and-learns for wellness education.
• Attend occasional community events to promote NHC.
