About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook, Alabama, is hiring Wellness Sales Associates to help clients discover wellness services, recommend memberships and packages suited to their needs, and build lasting relationships. The role combines client service, sales, appointment scheduling, transaction processing, and support for studio operations. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with opportunities to earn sales commissions and grow professionally. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts; some evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, build genuine relationships, and learn about their wellness goals.
• Explain Restore's services and recommend memberships, packages, and wellness solutions that meet client needs.
• Ask for the sale and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage appointments, membership enrollment, and repeat visits.
• Engage members to help them maximize membership value and rebook visits.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service.
• Learn about Restore's wellness services, products, and benefits through ongoing training.
• Schedule appointments, process transactions, and maintain accurate client information.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve studio goals.
