About The Position

At beem™ Light Sauna, the Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line team member who welcomes clients, sells memberships, and helps deliver an exceptional in-studio experience. The role also supports community outreach and helps maintain a clean, relaxing studio environment. Associates educate clients about infrared sauna, red light therapy, chromotherapy, services, and membership benefits while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
Educate clients about beem™ services and membership benefits.
Drive membership and package sales through consultative selling.
Host studio events and assist with local outreach opportunities.
Maintain studio cleanliness, including refreshing private sauna suites between guest sessions, cleaning the studio, folding towels, and supporting a smooth guest experience.
Manage front desk tasks, including check-ins, scheduling, phone and email inquiries, and POS transactions.
Track and follow up with leads using internal systems.
Promote current promotions, new services, and retail products.
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas to improve studio performance.
Follow studio policies and operational procedures.
