About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric Wellness & Recovery Specialist to support its brand amenities, including Refresh & Recovery, The Tank, EGYM, and locker rooms. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, maintaining amenities, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with managers to support smooth operations and a superior member experience. The position is part of the Operations department.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and engage effectively with members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey issues and operational needs to management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to learn about Refresh & Recovery services.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must embrace EōS Fitness Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members about Refresh & Recovery services, including Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, Theraguns, and other offerings.
• Follow and lead safety protocols to prioritize the health and safety of team members and members.
• Ensure members have the correct membership level to access amenities.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms, maintaining clean floors, stocked towels, appropriate lighting, and comfortable music levels.
• Identify EGYM and Tank equipment or technical issues and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager for resolution.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, and equally accessible to members.
• Conduct daily equipment functionality and cleanliness audits during weekly walks for all amenities, addressing concerns promptly.
• Regularly audit pool and sauna temperatures, functionality, and cleanliness during shift walks, and report issues.
• Keep amenities organized by ensuring equipment is returned to appropriate areas after use.
• Support front desk staff as needed to promote smooth operations and member satisfaction.
