About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians at the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots preparation plant machinery and performs welding and torching to repair or replace equipment and structural components. Employees may also assist with general labor and maintenance throughout the facility and must comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed.

The schedule is four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. Available shifts are first shift, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; second shift, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM; and third shift, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Requirements

• Background in welding and maintenance.
• Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Must use required PPE: hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots; PPE is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
• Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
