About The Position
The Welcome Desk Specialist provides excellent, friendly, and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude. The role is responsible for greeting all incoming members, visitors, and guests. This is a part-time opener position at the Irsay YMCA in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a 5 AM shift designation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be supervised by staff who are 18 or older; minors are not to be in the building alone.
- Obtain and maintain current First Aid and Oxygen Administration certifications.
- Opening/closing staff must obtain and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
