About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering positive Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. This part-time role works the morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. Team Members serve Guests, prepare products to company standards, maintain clean work areas, and support their teammates while following brand and company policies. The position pays $17 per hour. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
