About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to open a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop during the morning shift, starting at 4 a.m. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare quality products, and maintain the shop according to brand and company standards. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the number one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
