About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for a morning opening shift starting at 5am at its Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help ensure guests have a positive experience and want to return by prioritizing guest needs, working respectfully with colleagues, and preparing quality products. The starting pay rate is $17.00 an hour. The role offers career-growth opportunities, training, flexible work schedules, and a stable, fun work environment. Team Members may also be eligible to participate in the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.
Responsibilities
- Treat guests as the number-one priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
