About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to open a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop on the morning shift, starting at 4 a.m. Team Members help ensure guests have a positive experience and want to return by providing attentive service, preparing quality products, and maintaining clean work areas. The role calls for strong personal values, enthusiasm for the brands, and a commitment to working well with the team. The posted starting pay is $17. Responsibilities
- Treat guests as the number-one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
