About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to open a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop, starting at 5am. Team Members help ensure a positive Guest experience by responding to Guest needs, preparing products to company standards, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting the team. Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the number one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
