About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to open a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop during the morning shift, starting at 4 a.m. Team Members deliver guest experiences, prepare products, and help maintain a clean, safe shop while following brand and company standards. The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Treat guests as the number-one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
