About The Position
Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members for the 4am morning opening shift at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return by providing attentive service, preparing quality products, and maintaining clean work areas while following brand and company standards. The role offers training, flexible work schedules, and career growth opportunities. Pay rate: $17.00.
Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
