About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to work the morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, supporting coworkers, preparing products to company and brand standards, and maintaining clean work areas. Pay starts at $17.00.
Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
