Team Member 5am Morning Opener
About The Position
Team Members help deliver great Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. This part-time role works the morning opening shift starting at 5 a.m. at a Metro Franchising Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop. The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Team Members prioritize Guest needs, work respectfully with fellow Team Members, prepare products to operational, quality, and safety standards, maintain clean workstations and Guest areas, and follow brand standards and company policies. The role offers career growth opportunities, training, flexible work schedules, and eligibility for the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.
Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the number-one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
