About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members to work the morning opening shift starting at 4 a.m. at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare quality products, maintain clean work areas, and uphold the brands’ standards and company policies. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
