About The Position

Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members for a morning opening shift starting at 4 a.m. at its Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare quality products, and support shop operations while following brand and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Follow Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
