About The Position

Goodwill SoCal is seeking a compassionate and organized WCD Programs Specialist to help participants overcome barriers and achieve employment success through personalized coaching and support. The role provides case management, employment counseling, job-readiness support, individualized employment planning, and progress tracking while maintaining accurate records and meeting program standards. The position contributes to Goodwill’s mission of empowering individuals to reach their full potential and building stronger, more inclusive communities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of experience in case management, career counseling, or workforce programs.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Some college coursework.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

Provide case management and needs assessments.
