About The Position

Goodwill SoCal is seeking a compassionate and experienced Supervisor, WCD Veterans to guide a team of case managers and specialists serving veterans and their families. Applicants must be a U.S. military veteran or an immediate family member of a veteran, bringing empathy and understanding to support transitions to civilian success. The role oversees employment and support services, program operations, service quality, and outcomes, while providing direct case management support when needed.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. military veteran or immediate family member of a veteran.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with veterans and individuals with barriers to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff providing employment and support services to veterans.
• Monitor case management quality, participant engagement, and service delivery outcomes.
• Manage program operations, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with funders, training partners, and community organizations.
• Deliver direct case management support when needed to balance caseloads.
