About The Position

Goodwill SoCal is seeking a compassionate and experienced Supervisor, WCD Veterans to guide a team of case managers and specialists serving veterans and their families. The role supports veterans’ transition to civilian success and focuses on employment and support services, quality case management, participant engagement, program operations, and service outcomes. The supervisor also collaborates with funders, training partners, and community organizations and provides direct case management support when needed.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. military veteran or an immediate family member of a veteran.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with veterans and individuals with barriers to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff providing employment and support services to veterans.
• Monitor case management quality, participant engagement, and service delivery outcomes.
• Manage program operations, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with funders, training partners, and community organizations.
• Provide direct case management support when needed to balance caseloads.
