About The Position

As a warehouse colleague, you will help deliver products ranging from life-saving personal protective equipment to microscopes for high school biology classrooms. You will process customer orders and work in one or more warehouse process paths, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. In shipping, you will inspect the quality and quantity of items, wrap them, and prepare them for delivery. You will package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures, complete hazardous-material documentation, and help ensure inventory is stored properly. The role involves working as part of a team while also being able to work independently and solve problems.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of general warehouse experience.
Experience with powered industrial trucks, including order pickers.
Ability to stand and move around the warehouse for significant periods, including walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness to work as part of a team and independently, and to solve problems quickly.
Ability to read and write in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience handling hazardous materials, such as chemicals.
Experience with computers and scanning equipment.
