About The Position

As a warehouse colleague, you will help deliver products ranging from life-saving personal protective equipment to microscopes for high school biology classrooms. In the putaway and receiving role, you will help track items sent to distribution centers, review order invoices, inspect products for damage, and support the team in delivering products to customers. The role works Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of general warehouse experience.
Experience with powered industrial trucks, including order pickers.
Ability to stand and move around the warehouse for significant periods, including walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently, and to solve problems quickly.
Ability to read and write in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience handling hazardous materials, including chemicals.
Experience with computers and scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders daily to meet customer expectations.
Work in one or more warehouse process paths: receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.
Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures.
Complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials.
Help ensure inventory is stored properly.
Track items sent to distribution centers from suppliers.
Review order invoices and inspect products for damage.
