The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all operational targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings and late nights as required.
- Partner and establish strong working relationships with other departments that provide support to the overall operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards and regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, logistics and personnel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- WMS experience preferred.
- PIT experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods: You will be responsible for ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing and training staff: Assist to recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures: Assist to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitoring inventory levels: Assist to keep track of inventory levels and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards; maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Continuously improving warehouse operations: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Managing budgets: Manage budgets and ensure that all operations are carried out within the allocated financial resources.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that all operational requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
