About The Position
The Warehouse Manager coordinates daily warehouse activities and supervises Warehouse Assistants and Repair Technicians. The role is based at the Cleveland warehouse, located at 19200 Cranwood Parkway, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs.
Nice To Haves
- Management or supervisory experience in Durable Medical Equipment or a related field.
- Warehouse experience in Durable Medical Equipment or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Supervise retrieval, proper handling, and storage of rented equipment.
- Oversee tracking, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of equipment by Warehouse Personnel.
- Track attendance, vacation, personal, and sick time for Warehouse Personnel.
- Ensure Warehouse Personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure Warehouse Personnel are properly uniformed.
- Conduct staff meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Participate in quality improvement activities as needed.
- Assist with hiring, orientation, and evaluation of warehouse personnel as needed.
- Assume other duties within the scope of training, as assigned by the Operations Manager.
