About The Position

The Warehouse Management Trainee program provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program. Trainees learn across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments, developing the skills needed to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. The role includes forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations. Relocation to another Uline warehouse location may be required, with support provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate, with support, to another Uline warehouse location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month rotational program to learn warehouse operations management through on-the-job experience.
