About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee to learn warehouse operations and leadership through hands-on experience in an 18-month rotational program. The trainee will rotate through warehouse teams and supporting departments, developing the skills needed to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed throughout the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, and trainees must be willing to relocate to another Uline warehouse location as needed. The position is based at Uline’s Kenosha Branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Pay is $26 to $32 per hour.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to relocate, with support, to another Uline warehouse location as needed.

Responsibilities

Learn warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program and on-the-job learning.
Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
Develop management skills to uphold accuracy, safety, and performance standards in a high-performing warehouse environment.
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
