About The Position
The Warehouse Management Trainee participates in an 18-month rotational program to learn warehouse operations management and leadership through hands-on experience. The trainee gains exposure to inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams, and develops the skills needed to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. The position is based at Uline’s Minnesota Branch in Hudson, Wisconsin. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, or Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate, with support, to another Uline warehouse location as needed.
Responsibilities
- Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams.
- Develop warehouse management skills to uphold exceptional accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
