About The Position

Uline is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role provides hands-on experience learning warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program. Trainees rotate across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments, developing the skills needed to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Pay is $32 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program and on-the-job training.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams.
• Develop warehouse management skills to uphold accuracy, safety, and performance standards.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
