Warehouse Management Trainee
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee for its Reno Branch. Through an 18-month rotational program, the trainee will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and leadership, learning across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. The role focuses on developing warehouse management skills and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during warehouse rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, or Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM. The position is safety sensitive and requires new hires to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. Uline is a drug-free workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
