Warehouse Management Trainee
About The Position
Uline is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee to learn warehouse operations and leadership through hands-on experience in an 18-month rotational program. The trainee will develop management skills while working across warehouse teams and supporting departments, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, and trainees must be willing to relocate to another Uline warehouse location as needed. The position is based at Uline’s Kenosha Branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate, with support, to another Uline warehouse location as needed.
Responsibilities
- Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
- Develop warehouse management skills to maintain exceptional accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
