Warehouse Management Trainee - Overnights
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee for its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The trainee will learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program with hands-on experience across warehouse teams, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. The role focuses on developing management skills and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Pay is $32 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, with additional growth and earning potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
- Develop warehouse management skills to uphold high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
