About The Position

Brunswick is seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk for Land 'N' Sea Distributing in Pompano Beach. Land 'N' Sea is a wholesale-only distributor serving the marine and RV industries, with warehouses supplying parts and accessories throughout the United States, Canada, and more than 60 other countries. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Warehouse Clerk handles warehouse equipment and merchandise, supports accurate and timely order fulfillment, receives and stocks deliveries, and helps maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. The role requires frequent standing and walking, physical handling of materials, and work in a warehouse that may be hot or cold and dusty.

The anticipated pay range is $16.00 to $21.00. Requirements

• Knowledge typically obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as a team player.
• Prior forklift certification, or willingness to become forklift certified.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and frequently lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or hand truck to move, convey, or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse and work areas.
• Comply with quality standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas and performing safety inspections.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately to support quick order turnaround.
• Fill orders by selecting the correct parts from shelves and identifying part numbers and quantities.
• Determine shipment methods and pack orders accordingly.
• Count, weigh, measure, or examine packaging and contents for conformance with company specifications.
• Receive and unpack merchandise and supplies and verify delivery accuracy.
• Perform general labor, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Confirm merchandise is placed in the proper location.
• Maintain production-area organization and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves by placing materials in appropriate locations.
