About The Position

Brunswick is seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk for its Land 'N' Sea Distributing team in Pompano Beach. Land 'N' Sea is a wholesale-only distributor serving the marine and RV industries, with warehouses that supply parts and accessories across the United States, Canada, and additional countries. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Warehouse Clerk supports shipping and receiving operations, moves and organizes parts and equipment, and helps maintain warehouse quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, balancing, and handling materials. Employees may work in hot or cold, dusty conditions, on concrete or metal-grating walkways, and may be exposed to high or precarious places. Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently is required. The anticipated pay range is $16.00 to $21.00. Requirements

Knowledge typically obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Dependable attendance and ability to work as a team player.
Prior forklift certification, or willingness to become forklift certified.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
Basic computer skills are helpful.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift or use a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse and work areas.
Comply with quality standards and policies.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas and performing safety inspections.
Pick the correct parts and quantities from shelves, identify part numbers, and accurately pack and ship orders.
Determine shipping methods and pack items accordingly.
Count, weigh, measure, or examine packaging and contents to verify conformance with company specifications.
Receive and unpack merchandise and supplies and verify delivery accuracy.
Perform general labor, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Confirm merchandise is placed in the proper location.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area.
Stock shelves by placing materials in appropriate locations.
