About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, including preparing outbound customer orders and receiving and stocking incoming materials. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), using RF devices, handling pallets and packages, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The starting rate is $24.00 per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience; the listed pay range is $19.51–$29.26 per hour. The role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace and work with the team to keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
