About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help fulfill customer orders and manage incoming materials. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), using RF devices, and handling pallets and packages. The associate is expected to work safely, maintain an orderly facility, and follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds is required. Pre-employment drug and background screening is required. The position is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan, and the stated pay range is $15.61–$26.11 per hour; starting wages may be higher in certain locations due to local or state wage requirements.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
