About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help prepare customer orders and receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. The role uses a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) and RF devices, and includes building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages. The associate is expected to maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow safety regulations and use required personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. The role may also include driver duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour and may be higher based on experience. The posted pay range is $18.73–$28.09 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
May perform driver duties and responsibilities.
