About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. The role involves preparing outbound customer orders, handling incoming materials, using RF devices, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. Associates must follow safety regulations and use required personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed. A pre-employment drug screening and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness.
