About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. The role involves preparing customer orders, handling incoming materials, using warehouse technology, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
