About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help receive, verify, stage, stock, and prepare customer orders. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), handling pallets and packages, and using RF technology to sort and scan orders. The associate is expected to follow safety regulations, use required personal protective equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The position pays $15.61–$26.11 per hour and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
Forklift operator experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Keep the workspace clean and help maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free facility.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
