About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help prepare customer orders and receive and stock materials. The role involves safely operating warehouse equipment, using RF technology, handling pallets and packages, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
Clean the workspace while working and participate in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds.
