About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help prepare, receive, and stock customer orders and incoming materials. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, using RF devices, handling pallets and packages, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and on time.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
