About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help process packages during the holiday rush. The role is based at 5959 Randolph St., Commerce, CA 90040, and pays $18.50. Employees safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, help keep the workspace organized, and ensure packages reach their destinations safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The shift is 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with options to work Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Monday. Hours may vary based on business needs, and work may continue through completion of the day's sort work and cleanup as directed by site management. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. A $500 seasonal bonus is advertised, subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
