About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help handle the holiday package rush at its Phoenix, Arizona facility. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping them reach their next destination safely and on time, and keeping the workspace organized. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required.

The posted shift is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., although hours may vary based on business needs. Employees are expected to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required and weekends or holidays when needed. The season is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour weekend differential incentive, with weekly pay. The role is eligible for overtime pay under applicable law and offers a $500 seasonal bonus, subject to eligibility, assignment, and other terms. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
