About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Fremont, California. The role supports the holiday shipping rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, and helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position is temporary and seasonal, running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Pay is $20 per hour with weekly pay, eligibility for overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and a seasonal bonus of $500. Bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Available shifts are Sunday–Wednesday, 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; Thursday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; or Friday–Monday, 5:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. Hours may vary based on business needs. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
