About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports the team and customers by accurately and safely receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. The role includes preparing orders for delivery or pickup, assisting with truck loading, receiving and logging shipments, maintaining inventory, and helping keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient. The associate communicates with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups, and operates a forklift safely while maintaining required certification and completing vehicle safety checks.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log them into inventory.
• Maintain inventory through audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently and maintain required certification.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
