About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate/Package Handler at its Lockbourne, Ohio location to support the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping them reach their next destination on time, and keeping the workspace organized. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The role pays $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overtime pay is available in accordance with applicable law. Scheduled shifts are either Sunday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday, from 12:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. or the end of sort. Hours may vary with business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

The job requires handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Associates stand and/or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks. The warehouse may have hot or cold temperatures, with limited temperature control. Employees must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and may work overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to perform the listed physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation, including repeatedly lifting packages, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
